I got the NEW cartridges and installed them, and immediately my machine registered that the cartridges were empty, before even ONE print. I shook the cartridge to ensure there was ink in there and it sounded empty, so I open the cartridge. What is in there is a paper thin plastic envelope with not even enough ink to print one image. This is a scam.
