Beautiful v-block, can't find any immediate imperfections on the surface finish. measures up nice and square. only downside is that this set came in a plastic case instead of a wooden box, i plan to store this in a tool cart and this case looks like it will have a larger footprint than the displayed case. other than that I honestly can't find anything wrong with them. with time I expect the screws to wear out, but thats easily fixable by moving up in screw size, which I plan to do anyways.

Packaging was very well and able to protect item during shipping. I measured all four and they were all only a 10th off nothing to even worry about for a small hobby machinist. Overall a very good value to the shop additions. I will be buying more as this is an item that always is in short supplies during setup.

They're accurate enough for my purposes, come in a nice box, and have a functional design. I'm pretty annoyed at how easy it was to bend one of the screws though. I grazed the screw while feeding with the quill, and instantly mangled it beyond use. Now I get to make a really long, really thin screw in some weird fine metric pitch. Great.

The smaller blocks in the set were just fine, the issue I have is with the larger blocks in the set. One of the blocks was too large for the clamp to fit. I want to be very clear with this the issue was not with the clamp but the actual block. It does not instill much confidence in the quality assurance of the blocks when I have one larger than another. Looking through the reviews I am not the first person to experience this so I suggest caution when thinking of buying.

The sides on both sets of blocks are ground parallel to within .0003" and they match their paired block in width. The flat surfaces along edges of the V-channels do not match in height between pairs, but the V-channels themselves have been ground to match their opposing flat to within .0002" so they function perfectly. The V-blocks have been hardened also which is great. The clamps all center properly over the work piece and seem quite sturdy. The blocks and clamps all came packaged nicely in a compact wooden storage box just as pictured. I am very pleased. These are a terrific value!

Arrived well packed and intact.Very nice set. Most importantly the arms are solid metal. Other v-blocks I bought had cast metal arms that were very brittle and broke easily.Great product and very good value.
