These look great and function well. Bought as a present and comes in a nice box. Also have run them through the dishwasher once and they seem to hold up so far.

Great chopsticks! Was looking for some unique and reusable chopsticks and they are eye catching and perform well.

The slim design, especially the narrow tips make this easy to use, specifically because of my arthritic fingers. The low key color tones are nice and beautiful.

I had searched to find the BEST quality and value chopsticks, worthy of being partnered with my handmade pottery noodle bowls. Since my first purchase of this set, I have ordered at least 6 more! My customers love them. These are the only ones I will now use with my pottery work!

Not only are they functional, they're works of art. They're made of solid wood that's been properly sanded (no surprise splinters). They are sturdy and function as intended (pick up food to insert into mouth). Easy to clean (I prefer to hand-wash all of my wooden utensils), and last a long time, if you regularly oil them with a food-grade mineral oil.Overall, very pleased, as usual, with this purchase!

To preface: I'm white af. Not even a teensy bit Asian.I ordered these because I thought they would look cute in my hair. And they do, don't get me wrong. But I was wearing them one day and my 13-year-old said to me something like "don't you think Asian people would think you're dumb wearing eating utensils in your hair?' and I realized he was right. I imagine it would be the same if I saw someone combing their hair with a fork (a la Ariel from 'The Little Mermaid'), and I would think they were either stupid as all get out, or deliberately trying to be offensive. As someone put it: "1: Asians would not wear food utensils in their hair; they think it odd. To think that they would do so is also disrespectful. 2: Asians don’t wear chopsticks in their hair; they wear a different kind of stick. To assume that the hair stick is the same as a chopstick is disrespectful, not paying attention."So the point is, don't be an idiot like me and buy these because you're trying to look cute. Buy them because they're beautiful, well-made, and useful tools, and go eat your Ramen noodles with them.

These are very nice chopsticks, great presentation and I like the textured part at the top. I have not used non-wood-finish chopsticks before so this may be a common issue, but these were too slippery for me to pick anything up with. I am an expert using the disposable ones from stores but maybe I just need more practice with "real" ones. My husband has much larger hands and said they were fine. Luckily, after we put these through the dishwasher, the finish came off the end a bit, so maybe they will work better for me! But if you are looking for dishwasher-safe, which I thought these were supposed to be, you'll have to keep looking.
