"IVWNNN Anti-Vibration Rubber Pads 4 Pack Rubber Vibration Isolator for Air Conditioner Conde..."These rubber pads do a pretty good job reducing vibration and the noise associated with it. They work because the rubber absorbs the vibrations from the motor and keeps those vibrations from causing noise. These pads work great at keeping the vibration noise to a minimum. I've used them on a generator motor and it has helped tremendously. You must use lock washers on the mounting bolts to keep those bolts from vibrating loose. They are 2 1/4 inches high, keep that in mind because it raises the height of your project.
