A replacement was ordered for me. Hopefully this one will work much better! I'll update this review once I know more.UPDATE: Got my second candlestick phone today, and it was in worse shape than the first one was!! VERY unsatisfied with the quality of these phones! Quality control is obviously non-existent, here!!
