Product Operation

STEP 1

Placing the required plaster model on the shaker plate.

STEP 2

Turn the switch to the 0 position before powering on and select strong vibration or weak vibration after power on.

STEP 3

Turn on the rotary switch,adjust clockwise to increase oscillation, and counterclockwise to decrease oscillation.

STEP 4

After the oscillation is complete, turn off the switch and remove the model.

This vibrator is so valuable to your casting or pouring needs. I cast in small batch concrete. air bubbles are the bane of makers so do yourself a favor and get 1 or 2 of these and make life easier. If you are using plaster, concrete, Hydrocal, or the like be sure to keep it clean. My first one looks like a rock with a knob. It still works great, but keep it clean.

I use this tabletop virabrator to shake the bubbles out of cast concrete flowers and other small pieces. Saves me from having to tap my molds for several minutes. Final castings come out much smoother.

Works exactly like it should. I like the suction cups on the bottom. Great that I could turn up the vibration or keep it low. Takes the bubbles out of my plaster quite nicely. The size makes it easy to put away. The heavy pink molds stay in place really good. The White molds not so much, but that's to be expected. They are thin and weightless, I have no issue with that as I just hold the mold in place. Can't put something that light on a vibrating platform and think it will stay put.

I purchased to remove air bubbles and pockets from my cement and resin projects. I wish the plate was a little bigger to hold the products, but I understand that I am using it outside of it’s intended use. Also it is very loud.
