So far so good. Finally got to use this today. It is simple to use. I don’t have a pulley system at home so I am connecting it to tubes and to my treadmill. It helps me get more leg exercises in at home. I am sure I will continue to figure out even more effective ways until I buy a power cage. It is a good value for your money. These are solid.

I have used this product for over a year now, and I am extremely impressed with how very well these have held up and how sturdy they are! The Velcro has not lost any grip in use after use!! I would not hesitate to buy this product again and will when it’s time for a new set- but that will be a long time from now.

This is a great device at the best price. Very comfortable. I had to cut off the strap that’s supposed to go under the foot as it was about 2”s too short but it’s not needed.

These ankle straps are the best they don’t budge or move at all heavy duty material. They perform well even on high weights . They are comfortable and fit very well on the bottom of my shoe and on my ankle . I got them in black as it goes with everything .
