Unreliable. I paid $25 (it's now listed for $12) to get the Anker name brand for reliability. I have a new Surface Pro 11th edition. The power delivery in registers as a slow charger with a GAN 65W charger from Anker and Anker cable (plugging in directly it charges quickly, through the hub it fails). The USB-A ports don't work either. I've tried with multiple devices, both ports on the hub, and both ports on my laptop. I have a double-sided USB A&C flash drive so I can easily confirm that it's the hub at fault. Through the hub, the drives don't actually show up in file explorer (they're grayed out and throw an error). Piece of junk that the return window just closed on.

This is a really useful device in today’s world where laptops are coming without required ports. It has all the required ports with only the exception of Ethernet. The device gets a little warm with use but nothing bad. The only gripe is that there is an audio port in a place which makes it difficult to place the adapter properly on the desk.

The device works as it should with little fuss and good audio. The power pass through works well for my device, but check your computer's requirements as it does use some of the incoming power - aka it doesn't pass the entire wattage through. The design is nice and sleek and the cable and ports are good quality. I love it.

I use this with my iPad Pro. I keep 4K footage that I shoot on my SSD and edit video from the SSD using this USB-C hub connected to the iPad Pro. It works great but today I discovered an issue when I connected my iPad Charging cable to the hub, it would not charge my iPad. I had to stop editing so I can charge the iPad directly. I had another brand usb-c hub that died on me and that did allow me to power my iPad when connected but for some reason this is not allowing me to do so. I was gonna give it 5 stars until I came across that issue.

Works fine upon first plug-in but the USB connections and HDMI connections keep dropping off multiple times a day, completely unusable with this level of quality.

I just bought a new MacBook laptop and an Apple approved USB hub that didn’t have enough power to run all my things.I’ve worked this unit hard since it arrived and so far it delivers in spades! Highly recommend!

Took a bit of a gamble as there were no reviews of this product at the time of ordering but I have to say it is a very good product. Very compact and works as intended. I haven’t been able to test the 4K at 60hz but it has had no trouble outputting QHD at 60hz.
