Connects nicely, and quick too. Sounds great on both ends. So many of these speakers sound great to the listener but the mic sounds terrible to those on the other end. This one sounds fantastic on that end.

Very bothering. When using the Anker speaker for Zoom or Team, it easily goes to sleep, and you have to shout for 30 seconds to wake it up.

I bought one of these last summer for my home office. It worked fantastic! So fantastic, that when I leased a new office, I bought another one for that space. It connects via Bluetooth or usb. I use it with my laptop and iPhone - for calls, meetings and even as my default speaker for listening to music or watching videos.It was incredibly easy to setup - truly plug and play! For the price, you can't get much better value. Don't question it - add it to your cart right now!

This is undoubtedly a really nice speakerphone. It just works out of the box with no setup, both wired and Bluetooth. It looks good and is nice and compact, although a little heavier than I was expecting.My one and only issue with it is that, even though I got the Teams-verified version, when connected by Bluetooth, the mute button on the speaker doesn't sync with the mute function in the Teams app. So if you mute using the physical button on the speaker, you have to unmute using the same button on the speaker, you can't use the button in the Teams app. And vice versa.It is a relatively minor point, and it does work if you connect the speaker by USB, so not the end of the world, I am still very happy with my purchase.

I bought this device to help zoom members hear and participate better in weekly room meetings. Everyone has been delighted at the enhanced results. It's easy to set up, use and recharge, though I had to have someone more knowledgeable than me synch the device to our iPad link to the internet. The price is so reasonable. Not a single complaint. People at extreme corners of the room can be heard clearly. High recommendation.

Compré el dispositivo para videoconferencias y poder tener micrófono y altavoz por bluetooth.Funciona bastante bien y sin problemas a distancia.Lo único, que la voz suena un poco metálica y volumen un poco bajo pero su función la cumple. Además lo compré con descuento y ha sido una buena opción.Le pongo 4 estrellas porque cuando le he puesto en modo micrófono y altavoz, si está cerca de quien habla llega a hacer acople....Ha sido buena compra.

This is generally a good product and there are no major concerns. You should know couple of things that’s also cited in the product pages that the mute/unmute sync with teams works only wired and not wireless. Anker should have tried the dongle route (like Jabra) but I know this.If they can figure this out somehow over Bluetooth that’ll be great.It’s excellent for calls, good clarity, never seen the Bluetooth when I use it go down, no problems on voice and everything about this product is what it says it does. I’m not surprised given the number of Anker products I own.I was almost able to get 6 hours of continuous battery performance (on and off various calls) over Bluetooth. But if you are at desk mostly and wired in for the calls battery doesn’t matter.

I have used several different speakerphones with Zoom and Teams, and this one is my favorite. Call quality is always excellent and people on the other end of the call say I am crystal clear. Size is perfect for travel or home office. This is easy to pair and works well whether you or using a desktop or laptop. The battery life is impressive. I absolutely recommend this for individual use.
