Every angel food cake I've made in this has comes out perfect every time! The attach feet are a feature I appreciate to help with letting my cake rest and cool without deflating. Easy to clean.

Heavy weight and good looking Angel Food cake pan. Bakes very well, cleans up easily and looks good, since it’s part of the cake presentation I guess that is an additional important factor in an angel food pan.Would recommend it.

You can’t make Angel food successfully without the right pan, but I was attempting gluten free angel food. I failed twice first. So the failures had to come out easily (they did) and the pan had to wash easily (it did). When I finally succeeded, it was there making the cake look beautiful. Yay. Good product. I would buy again except it’s such a quality pan, I won’t have to.

This pan is described as a two piece pan, but it is not. It is a solid one piece pan. Be advised.
