I've been a professional groomer for 2 years, I've been recently using Oster but needs a change. I love how they fit nicely in my hand. Only issue is the blades heat up faster then your 2-speed Andis clippers. I just purchased a coolant spray. These ar pretty quiet too. Can't wait to try them on my first doodle!!!

O produto está funcionando corretamente e os itens da caixa vieram sem problemas, com exceção da lâmina 10, que chegou com aspecto de oxidada.

I bought this for my dog because I didn't want to share my clippers. This one is about half the price of mine and it does seem less powerful, however my dog has a LOT more hair than me. It got the job done with no problems, well, not a fan of the plastic guards but they worked. I ordered a new blade 1/2" to use instead of the guard next time.My dog wasn't a huge fan but i can only imagine how much worse a loud magnetic clipper would have been. This one is very quiet and the ceramic blade never got hot. It barely even got warm.

Wow! I am so impressed! These clippers went through my standard poodle's fur like butter. I have zero experience with grooming but these clippers made it easy and painless to groom my dog.The cord is nice and long so I could always twist around her and get to the hard to reach areas without worrying if the cord could reach. The blades never got hot, just warmed sometimes if I went a long stretch without stopping to oil it.The #10 blade it comes with is good for close to the skin shaves. I used it on my poodle's face. I did not try the detachable plastic combs so I cannot speak of those. For her body I ordered a #4FC blade to leave her with 3/8 inch fur. The blades easily clip on and off yet are still incredibly secure. I recommend ordering whatever blade length you need if you plan on doing an all over trim as using the #10 all over may make your pet look strange. The on and off switch is conveniently located next to where your thumb rests so turning on or off the machine is a breeze. It comes with a small tube of oil. Make sure to put a couple drops on the running machine once in awhile to keep it lubricated. I imagine the little tube will get me through at least 4 or 5 grooms.Highly recommended!

These clippers work great and have detachable blades so you can swap out the blade size to get the correct length cut. I would recommend getting a clipper with this feature because if you want to groom at home long term they will pay off and are a great investment. These come with a standard size 10 blade that is sharp and works on my schnauzer great. I prefer having detachable blades over the clip on attachments because they cut closer to the skin and produce a cleaner cut. With the detachable blades you can switch to different size blades quickly throughout the grooming session so you'll get that professional quality look.We used to use an Oster with the clip ons but those cut horribly and never gave a clean, even cut. I'm so glad I switched over to the Andis because now I'm able to have an array of different blades. The blade does get quite hot after about 5-10 minutes of constant use so I do recommend frequently lubricating or buying a blade coolant spray, which Amazon carries. The Andis clippers are not any louder than any other brand you would get and my dog tolerates it well on her body and legs. She does hate it however when we clip her ears and head area so we are thinking of picking up a pair of mini clippers to accommodate this one.I recommend these clippers for someone looking to start grooming at home. The size 10 blade is sharp, you can detach and switch the blades, and the clippers have a strong motor. They also come in a nice sturdy hard box with a set of clip ons, oil, and manual. It did not come with a small brush to clean the blade, which was a bummer. If you have the time you can always watch grooming videos by Andis online or other channels and they show great tips to groom specific breeds. Have gotten many compliments on my dog's haircut so far so I'm satisfied with my purchase! The only cons are that it does get hot and is corded for those who need wireless.

I have bought so many clippers over the years so I could groom my Maltese pups, but nothing I bought worked well at all. Each time, I would give up and take my boys back to the groomers. They have to get trims every 4 weeks or they turn into cotton balls. I was paying almost $200 a month for grooming, which is insane. I did some research and saw this one had good reviews for a non-professional trimmer. I watched videos with it being used and decided to go for it. It cost less than a monthly groomer bill and works very well. I can finally cut my dogs' hair! I love that it comes with a variety of combs. With some practice, I've learned which comb works best for which body area. It does get hot, but it takes longer to get hot than any other clipper I've had. I put it aside when that happens and scissor trim the areas I wouldn't use the clippers on anyway. I don't know that it's quieter than any other clipper, but it cuts cleanly and it cuts fast. I love that I can run the clippers of their bodies and the hair comes off in a neat line - not a lot of doubling back. That helps minimize the trauma for all of us. Three thumbs up for this trimmer.

I literally just got finished cutting my dogs hair with the Andis Easy Clip Pro-Animal about 30 minutes ago. I've cut my dogs hair many times with a pair of ConairPet clipper that had the adjustable clipper guard. I definitely liked the power and the speed of the Andi rotary motor over the Conair's magnetic coil. Plus, there is no adjustment you have to make to the motor like you do with the magnetic coil to get it to stop making the loud buzzing/clacking noise that they often do. In fact, I had to replace my Conair because I could no longer get the coil to stop clacking and one of the teeth on the blade was missing.I followed the directions and oiled it up following the picture book instructions. I took one look at the plastic clipper guards and tossed them in the garbage without even taking them out of their plastic wrapping. My experience from my previous clipper that included these plastic guards was that they are completely useless for cutting my dogs hair. Why pet clippers keep coming with these things leaves me completely baffled. They are only useful for certain type of dog hair and really, anyone who is trying to give a dog show cut to their pet should have dedicated blades for that purpose. The average person with the average dog just needs to go in there and cut the dogs hair for health and comfort. The dog doesn't care what he/she looks like. For that job the bare metal clipper blade is all you need. It actually hurts the reviews of the product when you see people not knowing any better trying to use the plastic guards, only to discover that it makes it impossible to cut the dogs hair. It's makes people think that there is something wrong with the clipper when in fact it does a really good job when used properly. I wish Andis would have included a new pair of scissors instead of the guards. I already had a pair but it would have been nice to have a new sharp pair of scissors with a new sharp clipper. And many people just starting grooming don't have the scissors which are a must for any grooming operation. Then, right with my first cut I just went straight down my dogs back all in one swoop. It sliced through the hair like butter. Since my clippers were broken my dog was way past due on his cut and had many matted knots. By and large it dealt with most of these pretty well but I could tell that the #10 blade that the Andis clipper comes with was catching on them a bit more than I liked. I've read that the #10 blade is a good all around blade but like anything that tries to be good at everything, it's not great at any anything. It was good around the head, chest, and back of the body. But I could tell I needed a blade that cuts a bit finer around the feet, legs, and under-body. The blade also did get pretty hot and I had to make several stops to spray the blade down with cool lube and a touch-up on oil. But the fact that Andis clipper is a detachable blade clipper means that it is intended for you to have multiple blades on hand for just these various issues I ran into. Before my next grooming session I'm definitely going to buy another blade. Reading some of the other reviews it sounds like a #30 is a good second blade to have the type of hair my Lhasa Apso has. That way I can swap out blades as one gets hot and just switch out areas of the body I'm working on. Which is fine enough by my dog as he tends to get fidgety if I get preoccupied with working on one area for too long. All, and all I give it a big thumbs up as the Andis clipper has cut way down on how long it was taking to cut my entire dogs hair. I had a feeling how long it would normally take with my old ConairPet clippers and as I was done cutting the dog with the Andis clippers I kept looking around my dogs body thinking I surely must have missed something. But nope, everything was cut, he looked good, and he was good to go.
