The replacement went flawless. The unit description was accurate. The video helped me understand replacement and made the installation perfect. Will replace another casement window crank mechanism. This was easier than I thought.

I had both a left and a right window begin to fail on closing - they would open fine, but the internal parts on the crank broke and it would not close the window. These were an easy replacement and a perfect fit.

Just remember these are sold either left or right. The old one has an R or L. Maybe snap a cellphone picture so you can remember how the old one is setup. Than it is a simple process, the whole process takes only a few minutes.
