The following stock drug tapes and labels are available for accurate and reliable labeling of all anesthesia drug syringes. Each tape/label conforms to the nationally recognized ASTM Standard D4774-94(2000) Specification for User Applied Drug Labels in Anesthesiology. This specification covers the size, color, pattern, and type used on labels applied to unlabeled syringes, filled by the users or their agents, to identify the drug content. Meets 2013 Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goal 3 to improve the safety of using medications.

It’s hard to imagine a poor product in syringe labels, but the Adhesive will not stick to syringes. You either have to tape them on with clear tape or risk wasting medications. Waste of my time and a waste of money. You know it must be bad if I am taking the time to write a product review of a label!
