Heavy duty, good quality mugs. Excellent handles for us. I hate made in China, but for the price, these are excellent value and packaged extremely well for shipping. Outer box was beat up as usual but no damage inside. If we had room, we would order more.

We have a local family restaurant client that has ordered 144 sublimated coffee from us. Not knowing any better, we used a popular well know brand to fulfill the order. To date, our client has had forty-three mugs come apart in their commercial dishwasher. We went to the expense of replacing their entire order with the AMUSE brand of commercial grade coffee mugs about four weeks ago. Since doing so, our client has not had a single incident of breakage.AMUSE coffee mugs saved our coffee mug business.

I like these cups. They have a nice finish on them and they are beefy. Very sturdy and don't chip easily. Great value for the money. Love the packaging. Very well packed.

UPDATE: I figured out the issue. I was trying to sublimate using a small portable real tank tumbler sublimation machine that was advertise as also working for mugs but apparently it doesnt (its the small pink one that has the 2 nods on the back to adjust the pressure). The sublimation process worked flawlessly using a shirt heat presser that has an attachment specifically for mugs.At first I thought I was doing something wrong but after looking at countless reviews, videos and tinkering with different recomended temperatures/times Ive come to the conclusion that I got a bad batch. I pretty much went through the whole set and the image came out super faded everytime (specially the bottom half of the mug) regardless of the temperature/time. Theres plenty of reviews complaining about the exact same thing.

This is my go-to brand for my sublimation mugs. They are sturdy and fit perfectly in your hand. I would recommend anyone buying these

These sublimated perfect. Please Note: The reviews that are saying they’re having problems may not be a product flaw. Different inks, temps and applications can effect your end product. Use your judgment. You know you’re printer and press. Make sure you wipe the mug down with a soft cloth to remove any dust and make sure your design is wrapped tight and fits snug into your press. I pressed at 400 for 150 seconds and every one of mine turned out exactly how I printed my design. The price is great and I had a very nice turn profit. They all sold in 1 day. I’ll def be reordering. I tried to upload a photo but it wouldn’t let me.
