My microscope eyepiece was missing (borrowed to use on a telescope?), so I ordered 10X and 16X replacements.I have been using the 16X, do not need the 10X version, but it works as it should.

I ordered this item as a replacement for a microscope that I found in a Thrift House that had no eyepiece and was actually in the dumpster. The eyepiece fit perfectly, and the optics were amazingly well-manufactured. The item was shipped quickly and securely packaged. I highly recommend this seller!

What I received was essentially the same as the 10x WF eyepieces that came with my Swift SW380T.They look, feel, weigh, smell, taste, nearly the same as the Swifts. Same height, field of view, and focus point.The only difference I noticed was the text written was in a different style (obviously it would) and the apparent groove ring for a possible locking mechanism in a higher end model is in a slightly different depth. But optically and aesthetically, they were the same to me.I finally found a parfocal 3rd eyepiece for my phototube. For ~20 bucks. That's a win!PS: if you hold it by the two ends and unscrew, it comes apart pretty easily. You can clean easily and more importantly try to realign the lenses if you get the impression the image is not focusing evenly (radially).
