Also alles im manuellen Modus.Unterm Strich aber eine gute Möglichkeit, um mal eine Kamera mit besserer Auflösung zu verwenden.

Chromatic abberration even on achromatic objectives. Resolving power of the lens is so low that you get no detail in any images, so lens quality is bad. Strange stretch blur lens distortion in every image consistent with bad lens quality.Horrible lens quality. Please don’t waste $300 to upgrade your camera for this thing to find out it sucks. Unbelievably dissapointed, cheap 3MP usb microscope camera has better lens quality than this and more resolving power so it gets higher detail images too. This is unbelievably dissapointing. I wake up every morning regretting this purchase.

This adapter makes it easy to attach my camera to a microscope. The camera must be used with manual focus and exposure, but creates large images of very tiny subjects. The photos show the equipment in use and actual photos made with this setup. The first 2 photos show an area about 1.1 mm wide, while the mushroom gills C.S. shows an area about 1/4 mm wide. I find the image quality very good, though sharpness is limited by the microscope objective resolution. An excellent tool for scientific study and research.

The t ring fits my nikon D200 okay. It isnt as good as what I would expect on a lens but does the job. I am not particularly happy with the resolution or clarity of the lenses. It performs okay with the microscope at low power but at high power (400x or 1000x) everything looks a little fuzzy. Im not sure why. Its not blurry, it looks like when you zoom in to far on a low resolution image. I think the issue may be that the lenses are not fully utilizing the image sensor. Im shooting in raw but still not what I was hoping for, my lab partners are getting better images with their cell phones pressed to the eye piece. If anyone has advice on how to optimize this system I would love to try it.Nikon D200ISO 200using mirror lock upusing remote shutter release

AmScope CA-NIK-SLR Nikon SLR / D-SLR CameraBought this for a Nikon 7000 and a Leitz Binokular. Works great together. The quality of th ephotos in the range of 100µm is really great and only minor quenching of the focus on the very outer rim, not significant to me. Attention: this piece increses the magnification compared to the generic eye pieces of the binokular, which is, from my point of view, an advantage. I have not yet tried a really expensive adapter, but have experience with generic cameras adapted to binokular or microscope and the results here are better (I am scientist). For this price absolutely to recommend. The qualiy of the adapter is good, could only have a whit spot which indicate the correct position to start with, comparable to the normal lenses.Attached two photos which I took from feed particles for fish larvae, size reange 200-300 µm (Nikon 7200).

adaptateur parfait pour mon boitier Nikon D80. Le boitier fixé à la place d' un occulaire ne déséquilibre pas le satitf du microscope Zeiss : ensemble très stable permettant des prises de vues à vitesse lente.

I've got a Nikon D7000 DSLR and three scopes: a Meiji Techno EMZ stereomicroscope, a Reichert Microstar IV Model 410 compound microscope, and a Leitz Diavert phase contrast inverted compound microscope. The AmScope camera adapter works beautifully with all of them. The oculars of the Reichert and the Leitz have an inside tube diameter of 23mm, and I don't have to use either of the two provided sleeves for them. The Meiji has a 30mm inside tube diameter, so I fit the larger sleeve into the ocular tube, then insert the adapter (which, of course, I've already attached to the camera). Here's a little tip: when using the sleeve, note the presence of the rubber O-ring, which is meant to ensure a snug fit. The first time out, I just inserted the sleeve to the point where the O-ring stopped it, thinking that I wasn't supposed to insert it any further. It still worked, but I had to turn the coarse adjustment on the microscope (microscope stand, actually) several turns in order to compensate. The image quality is crystal-clear, at least as far as I can tell. I had been looking at the LMScope line of adapters, but was not rich enough to fork out the several hundred dollars for one of those, and so I was fretting over whether the AmScope adapter might be little more than cheap junk. Turns out I need not have fretted: I'm extremely satisfied with how well the AmScope adapter works.

I receive the adapter and it fit perfectly except the threads were a it funky. After putting a tiny bit of fine oil on them and tightening and loosing a couple of time the were fine. There is really NO INFO on how the camera setting are to be set for getting enough light to the camera sensor. I set my Nikon D40x to Manual and shot a few images. All my images were too dark to use.I returned the adapter to Amazon, but since then I FINALLY spoke to someone at Amscope who understood camera systems. He said, Yes you camera needs to be set on Manual "M", but you also have to use set the camera to a SLOW shutter speed of 'Time Exposer'. --- Wish they had put that in the instructions.UPDATE:It is well made, so I have reorder the AmScope Nikon SLR / D-SLR Camera Adapter for Microscopes. Stand by for what I discover.
