I use a Canon 90d with this adapter, and it works great. During the photo session, I use Tv mode, shutter priority, with longer time exposures. The adapter doesn't have an auto focus or an aperture. So, you must use the microscope's focus controls to focus the image, and the microscope's light brightness will determine the length of your time exposures. When viewing dark objects or using stronger magnifications, the brightness of the microscope's light may need to increase or the duration of the time exposure will also need to increase. It is important to note that if your microscope has poor, dirty, or blurry optics the camera's images will be the same. I hope this is helpful since the adapter doesn't come with instructions.

Sturdy build. Unfortunately I didn't get to use it as I incorrectly bought a Canon mount and I need a Nikon mount. My mistake. However it looks great. The recommendation I have for the seller is to improve packaging. This is optical and glassware, shipping in a bag is an accident waiting to happen.

El adaptador me llegó antes de la fecha indicada. Es tal como ponía en las características. Se me adapta bien a la Canon Eos y viene varios tubos para distintos diámetros de trinocular.

At first time I was going to return it because I thought one piece was missed. However after trying to check it again I found that it was insithe the other eyepiece.

I purchased this unit but have found it technically it works but the imagery is very, very blurry. I can't get anything to be in sharp focus. When compared to what I see using the eye piece vs what the camera sees is quite different. I understand that I will not have the zoom power, but I should at least have some part of the subject in-focus. It looks like a crapy pin-hole camera - image is soft. I also realized that to produce imagery with a good depth of field I would have to stack frames in Photoshop and/or use a program like Helicon Focus to create a larger depth of field(more of the subject in focus) But I can't get anything to be really sharp with this product. I want to be able to create photos and videos that at least have a sharp picture. The scope I am using produces a nice sharp image when viewing normally through eyepieces.I plan on purchasing the - OMAX Microscope Adapter for Canon D-SLR with 2X Lens. It is the same cost and hopefully be able to capture a better image.I am using a AmScope 3.5X-180X INSPECTION TRINOCULAR STEREO ZOOM MICROSCOPEUPDATE:OMAX Microscope Adapter for Canon D-SLR with 2X Lens acts just like this adapter lens - image is fuzzy/soft.I have generated some tests using Photoshop CS6 by stacking multiple photos with the same exposure. It does produce better results but I had to use the sharpen tool a lot to add some sharpness to the image. The examples in the URL: [...] have been resized from 4500 pixels to 600 pixels. This helps hide a lot of the soft look. This lens adapter is also very slow, unless you plan on using a flash you will need to use additional lights pointed at your subject. If you plan on taking photos plan on using or purchasing Photoshop or lease it under their creative cloud option. I found that Helicon Focus will not auto align images correctly to produce a good focus image.
