Cheap version of the original and definitely not a direct, bolt up replacement!The handle first of all is too long by roughly 1/2". I say roughly because I no longer have the original leather handle and my home made replacement was made intentionally smaller.It's also a rubbery vinyl material not leather, but not bad looking and won't rot like the leather did, but will no doubt eventually fail. Besides the excessive length that keeps the handle from sitting flat correctly like the original, is the Square niks that attach the handle to the hinge plates! They made the hinge plates to the exact dimensions of the original, with an indent to receive a .125" link.However... The link they put on the handle is .165" or .040" larger than the OEM.That may not sound like a lot but .120" ÷ .040"= 3 or said another way, the new piece is 33% larger and and it won't allow the hinge plates to lay flat on the amp!!!! Please see photos.I could, try prying open the hinge links on the handle and swap them out with the originals, but if the gold plating cracks and peels itll really look like crap especially with that oversized handle!!!Nah! I'll send it back.
