These are my "go to" boards for drawing, but the shipper/shipping is a joke! They sent the board in a soft, plastic Amazon bag with NO protective packaging. The board arrived broken and unusable. On top of that, the seller wants the pieces of the broken board shipped back before they will replace the broken one! It is next to impossible to ship back small chunks, dust, and pieces of a plaster board.

The product is an amazing product and deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately both Ampersand boards arrived with damaged corners.I won’t start a painting in a damaged canvas or board that I can’t hang, expose or sell. The painting needs to be in perfect condition and without damage.

Arrived on time and as described. I ordered 2 pieces, But I wonder, why each was sent separately, when I think it can be sent in one box. But overall, good.
