This fossil is real because I broke it and looked inside of it. Then kept the diamond like stone and the I put it on show in my room.

Very nice detail, well packaged. A description card as to where it came from etc would have been nice. The display stand was an unexpected plus. Smaller than expected but, happy with my purchase.
