This pump worked perfectly to replace the failed drain pump in my Kenmore Elite HE3t washing machine, solving the error code F02 problem. I appreciated the secure but not excessive packaging and extra O-ring and mounting screws. As a bonus, it is much quieter than the original.

The installation was straightforward and the product appears to be well built, but in my case, the impeller shaft broker after two and a half years of moderate use. For the price, I feel like I got my money's worth and ordered the same product a second time.

It dose its job but it only lasted a year. But because of the price I bought 3 of them. It’s not it’s fault but rather the washing machine was designed poorly to allow debris in to it . If there was a filter it would just stop pumping.it works for the DIY process.

This product arrived quicker than advertised which was nice. It was easily installed and we are back in business with doing laundry again! When I called a local appliance parts supply store they said the name brand pump has been on backorder for at least 5 months so I was glad that this one was able to get to me less than a week after I ordered. Plus the price was so good I figured if I get at least the 2 years warranteed, it will have been worth it. So far so good; no leaks and no error codes. Running the 3rd load right now. (My Kenmore Elite HE3t had been given F02 and Suds error codes prior to me ordering and installing this pump. This pump fits perfectly.) It also came with a backup O-ring.I will try and update on longevity.

The pump in our washer started making noise and the washer started throwing a code at us. F02 or F2. Googled it and it said suds and or pump. Since it was making noise i knew it was the pump.Went to parts direct and found the OE pump with housing for $120. I wasn't stoked. They didn't sell just the motor. Did more research and found the part number for just the pump (46197020167). Google took me to a more expensive $30 pump on Amazon. I ordered it up without looking further.Shipping on it got delayed 2 days so i looked for another pump that could be here next day. You see, it's Thursday night and the washer needed to be fixed so that my wife could do my laundry after she made me a sammich.... I kid, i made a funny. But seriously, laundry gets done on the weekend and the original pump was going to show up some time on Saturday.I cancelled the original order and ordered this pump. I saw the warnings that this pump is junk but for $22 and having it here tomorrow i figured i would take the chance. Got the pump and it took about 5 minutes to install. Super easy job. It's totally diy because most of you should already know where it is and how to get to it because you are supposed to be emptying the coin trap a few times a year.Swapped it out and did a test run. Works great.Works so great that i will probably wake the wife up early Saturday morning so that she can get an early start on the choirs..... I am joking... She can sleep till 6:30Update. It's 2 months shy of the 2 year warranty and the pump went out. There's no way to contact the seller and get a replacement. I will lower the 5 start review but all things considered. $20 for 22 months of service Isn't bad.
