So far, so good.Controls are pretty good so far. It's hit trees, it had a small bounce. In cement and it's holding up very well, just a little crack in one of the blades, but I've got plenty of extras, but it's still flying excellent. I'm not going to change till I have to overall because it's pretty durable, gave it a five stars

I fly remote control gliders, helicopters and now drones. This is a quality product (so far). it is NOT junk. Build quality is excellent (so far). Very easy to set up and fly. I think an inexperienced person would do well AS LONG AS YOU KEEP THE FRONT FACING AWAY FROM YOU. Remember, when it is coming towards you, front on, the controls are reversed, and this takes getting used to. This is true of all remote control vehicles, not just this one. Connection with my iPhone works well. I have not used a memory card because I am not interested in photos, I just like to fly, and it flys well. Auto take-off and land work well, although it lands a bit hard. You could do it better! Haven't tried flip. Remote is set up to use thumbs. I am used to little control sticks, but have gotten used to the thumb controls.

This drone does not have gps nor does it hold it's place. I have another drone that has gps & will hover for as long as I want to but this drone has good camera quality at night that's about the only thing I like but it would be a much better drone if it just had gps

I bought an earlier drone for my grandsons Christmas present. After several attempts and a disappointed grandson, it was boxed and returned to Amazon. In turn, I spent a little more for this model. It lifted off the ground right out of the box after charging the battery. Very easy to fly with great stability. Happy grandson now. I didnโt try out the camera but can update later.

This was a Christmas gift for my 10y son. It was very intuitive to set-up and use. The only minor issue we've had is that the charging cable is difficult to remove from the battery as the connection is very tight. Great value overall!

Drone is not bad for the price. I wasn't completely satisfied with the drone and the customer service reached out to me and now I am very satisfied.Pros- The camera is not bad, but it's not 4k. It's 1080p video. The image quality is not bad but not good either. The video quality is more like 720p- It can fly around 30m above ground and can still be controlled- Remote phone holder is good and the joystick is great to use.- Battery is around 15 minutes and quality looks good- SD card slot for more storageCons- Doesn't stay in one place when hovering. It drifts to one side slightly- Remote missing controls such as headless mode so you have to use your phone- Random beeping sound on the remote and the manual doesn't explain what's happening- The camera is zoomed in so the field of view is quite small. You need to fly very high to see a lot but it can't fly very high- No propeller guard- Not much light on the drone

It is perfect for beginners on my first fly I got a hang of how to fly it and the camera quality is really good and for a pretty cheap drone it's really good

This is a great little drone for kids/beginners. The picture quality is pretty decent for what it is. Some people have complained about the height limit. That is a safety feature that can be toggled off in the app. It's default is a 10m ceiling until you adjust it.I found the instructions helpful and they DID explain what all the buttons and features were. Maybe I received updated instructions with my purchase and that's why some said they didn't know what the buttons did.You're also not going to find obstacle avoidance on a CAD100 drone, and if you do, good luck trusting it.My only issue with this drone is that even when there is zero breeze it doesn't hover in place it tends to move around. There is no particular direction it moves to, it just doesn't stay in one place. Irritating if you're trying to line up a shot.Conclusion: It's a great little drone for the price and my kids are learning how to fly it nicely. If they stick with it and don't end up destroying it, I may look at upgrading to something a little more fancy

I want to clarify that the drone lost communication with the control when taking off at a height of 30 feet and it got lost. It was supposed to not go through, it had to return to the starting point and it didn't. I'm sorry I wasted my money when buying this item.
