Toilet bowl broken in pieces when delivered

Toilet is great! We had to have floor standing, rear exhaust, which makes it hard to find. The power assist flush is great … very pleased, and we needed the comfort height. However, we needed two, and out of 3 total ordered, only 1 was not shattered pre-arrival. Desperately need better packaging!

This toilet works great but it’s very pricey and it’s difficult to install. Should come with a seat and the correct sealing gasket for this much money!

Just a really important note, American Standard needs to provide more protection for those toilets. I been have issues with their materials since ever... more protection is definitely required . Only half of the box has a white foam on it, the rest of the toilet unit has no foam or any type of protection. any person can easily drop them a little hard and breaks it. Reason why that I just mentioned about having issues since ever with their toilet products .Just trying to save you guys headaches if you can have them securing their products better otherwise you will be dealing with this stressful situation all the time. As I do.
