Bought them too big. Need to downsize the size. Other then that,they arw good skates.

I am 6' 2" and around 240 lbs. and a beginner-intermediate skater. I have used these skates around 2-3 times a week for an hour at a time for over 1.5 months.I absolutely love these skates. They feel great and still look brand new, even after ~20 hours of use.All skates I have ever worn always feel floppy on me. These skates are no different on that front. They are very stiff on the outside because of the carbon fiber shell. I just feel like my ankles are too loose. I discovered a life hack with this pair ~I wear ankle braces inside. With the braces on, I have complete control with the blades always directly under my feet. I don't have to tie the laces overly tight. I can perform aggressive maneuvers such as slide stops.Anyway, yess I know I am new to skating but I love this product. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Way to small. I'm a size 12 which is what I ordered at first. Super tight, super small, could not even place my feet in there. I returned it and got a size 13 which is the max size here. Still way to small. My toes hurt using these skates. Also, the arch is way to defined. It's a hard plastic shoe so it doesn't mold to your feet, with me being flat footed, this gave me great pain. Also, no cushions in the soles. It's literally a peice of paper. Do not buy this, it's a waste of time and money. Get the real skates and stop being so cheap.

This skates are literally the best for their price. Don’t believe the bs fake comments. These hockey skates are so comfortable and very nice on the ice. I bought these skates and within 3 weeks of skating lessons I learned how to do a lot of hockey skating techniques. I use these often and they’re my favorite. However these skates are used for speed and have a little less bite on the ice but I love that factor. Also it is best to get them sharpened to your preference. But overall, best investment ever.

Nice skates for the $. I don't play hockey currently, but these work really well for my weekend skating. Nice support and seem well made. I am usually about a 10.5 sneaker and ordered a 9, which is about normal for a good fit with hockey skates. Might be ok for laid back rec league, but anything more serious I'd go up step or two to a CCM or Bauer vapor. Definitely can't complain for the money.

For someone that may ice skate once every two years, I wanted something cheap. This is no $250.00 skate. I have not tried it yet and I am sure there will be comfort issues. But that is ok for the small amount of time I am actually on the ice. The skate is dull, thus you will need to sharpen it.As for size, I take a 10.5 shoe. Thus, in skate size, that is a size 9. My first pair, they were very small. I returned by Amazon and ordered a size 10. It fits great now. I am pleased

Skates are quite stiff and break-in would have taken awhile I think. I ended up baking mine and then wearing them around the house with skate guards on for a few hours one afternoon, and that did the trick. Google "baking hockey skates" for how to do this. Now they fit perfect and seem very sturdy and well-made, especially for the price. A quick $15 initial sharpening at our rink, and good to go! Unless you play or skate multiple times per week, these are probably perfect for you...I'm a casual once-a-week skater with my son, and couldn't justify hundreds on pro-level skates, these are awesome for me.

I purchased these ice skates for my husband who has never skated before. My 7 year daughter just learned how to skate & my husband wanted to learn as well! I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money, so I searched on your website & found these American Ice Force Hickey skates for an awesome price. We received them in 3 days. My husband was so excited! Two days later we took my daughter to a man-made outdoor rink that my town supplies every winter for the kids. The skates fit him perfectly! My husband is 6 foot 4 & wears a size 12! When he put the ice skates on he looked about 7 feet. =) The skates were not only a great price, but they are made very well. I'm very pleased with my purchase & I made my daughter very happy because her daddy now can ice skate with her!Thank youJuliann K.
