I was a little hesitant to buy this because of some of the reviews, but I am not disappointed! The suction power is great and I like that you can see how much dirt is being pulled out of the upholstery and carpet through the clear front window on the wand. It is very durable and well made.

If you are looking to replace your normal plastic handle for something better then this is the handle for you it is very sturdy very strong easy to convert over well worth the purchase I highly recommend

In the pictures, it shows the tip of the product line in the viewing window inside of the vacuum head. Thus displaying the product as closed and controlled.THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.Read the description very carefully, as it states it is “open” with a viewing window. That is all this product is. This is the mistake I made. Beware before purchasing if you are looking for a closed one.

Hooked up the wand to my suction hose and solution line and tried an operational check on it to verify all was in good working order. It wasn't even ten minutes into the unit being pressurized that the 1/4 inch male quick disconnect on the wand separated. I notified the seller via amazon correspondence and they replied quickly asking for pictures. I was using my phone to try and attach pictures in the email link to the seller, but for some reason they were not being received. Not sure why, but maybe the phone platform didn't allow the pictures to be sent. I created a separate email using the sellers provided email contact and attached the pictures, but they still have not replied. This all took place in about a weeks time and I needed a replacement fast. Contacting the seller via email is taking too long and by business is starting to suffer because of it.To be fair to the seller, they did reply quickly, initially, so I feel that there may be a technical issue that is preventing a reasonable solution to be met. Although I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, I still can not give this product 5 stars because the unit was critically defective.Other points to highlight about this unit:Strong durability, and I really like the view window. The suction of the unit showed no signs of leaks and had strong welds. The wands squirt lever felt loose and slightly flimsy as it would shift from side to side, but I feel that a couple of plastic washers would solve that issue.I was really looking forward to using this product as I felt is was a great build and money deal; it's just a shame that the hydraulic fitting wasn't properly mechanically attached. With all this said, I would buy this again in the future provided everything was working correctly.

Not a bad wand. I did have to file down a jagged pice of metal on the inside of the glide because it was catching carpet fibers and pulling them out.
