This thread was recommended by my Babylock serger and I’ve been very happy with it. Like that it comes 4 to a pack and I can keep them in the plastic case when not in use - I switch between black and cream for just about all my serger needs. Keeping them n the plastic case away from the light helps to keep the thread fresh longer (or so I’ve been told).

Nothing negative to say about this workhorse thread. I've used this maxi-lock thread a long time and have never had any problems in my serger. Highly recommend.

I have been using this with my sewing machine and serger and I am very satisfied with this thread. I like the price and it holds up well and does not break or shed fiber. It works very well on my old Bernina serger. I think there is a little fiber dust, but not enough to make it a bad choice. I have sewn clothes and other items with this thread. I have bought a variety of colors of this thread and believe it is a very good buy. I am more of a novice sewist and have never purchased expensive thread except the tiny spools of 100% cotton for making bowl cozies (I am shocked at the prices of spools of thread nowadays). This is why I believe this is a good value for your money.
