I purchased these to have in my personal med bag I have in my truck and although I fortunately haven't needed to use them, they seem to be as good as quality that my department uses.

Appears to be the same type and quality of oral airways I use in my pediatric airway cart at work. I am a Physician anesthesiologist and would not hesitate to use these in my patients. I bought these to have in my Bug out bag in my car, and in my emergency medical kit I have at home next to my newborn.

This is an excellent product, neatly stored in a case saving room in my response bag. However, I didn't check the postage before I ordered and got a nasty surprise to discover the postage was more than the actual item! Top product however so happy with my purchase.

I love this product! The uniform color coding makes it easy to identify what size you need right away. No sharp edges, the openings are smooth, and the airways are made with quality materials, No latex. 7 of 8 were Guedel. 1 was not a Guedel airway. 1 was not in sterile packaging. The Hard Case is not the one advertised. It is a soap bar container that does not fit the items. Scam.

Bought these for my daughter who's a nursing student and is also taking EMT classes. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of these. The plastic case they come in is very sturdy and secure, the OPA's themselves are very well made of a really smooth plastic so they should work well. Amazing, these are apparently made in England if the sticker on the box is to be believed! How many medical items are imported from England these days instead of China? I don't have anything against China, it's just an observation, and I suspect that's why the quality of these looks to be far above another multi-colored set I looked at. I'd highly recommend these - daughter was impressed and said they were much better than the ones they've done training with.

My son is allergic to so many items. In December 2012, he went into anaphylaxis and at first I had no idea what was going on. It took paramedics over 30 minutes to arrive. If I hadn't have found the Benadryl and gave it to him when I did he would have been much worse off. The feeling I felt of when his lips were turning purple was why didn't I have something like this item! Honestly, if you have children, you live more than 5 minutes from a hospital then this should be in your home, car, and/or purse. Yes, we should have know CPR and basic first aid. However, we should have Benadryl on hand (everywhere including travel, camping, at grandmas, etc) and have an Airway kit like this. The box is clear with assorted sizes of smooth, well designed, easy to insert airway assisters. I put one of these down my throat to just see how they work and it wasn't as bad as I thought. You never know when someone you love can start having an allergy. My son was 10 and it happened. This product is something I will never be without again. Plus I ordered many others but this was just the easiest to put in my purse and carry around. My opinion is order this one first!
