I just love these markers, they write so smoothly and have a great bright white color. They clean up with just a bit of water and clean completely without leaving a ghost image. I have black coffee cups and like to write myself a statement for the day on, after several years I'm still at it! I bought a new pair of the markers for when I eventually run out. I can leave messages directly on our chalkboard painted table for the kids. I use these markers almost daily and have been very happy with them. I wish I could get a bunch of colors from this brand but can't find them.

I love this product. I wouldn’t call this a marker, it is more like the consistency and texture of an oil pastel marker. With that said I was really tired of using liquid markers that pretty much stain my chalkboards and even when erased show a faint shadow of what I had written. These DO NOT STAIN chalkboards! They erase completely without leaving a residue, especially if you use a damp cloth. You won’t be able to get a precise or super consistent thin line unless you manipulate the chalk as you are using it, but in my opinion for wanting to use and erase and reuse this is the best option on the market. Save the liquid markers for more permanent projects. These are great for daily use! This is different than everything else on the market.

Writes like a crayon but looks like chalk. Stays on chalkboard nicely but erases easily with a damp cloth. Loved them!

Compré estos rotuladores para hacer los famosos letreritos sobre pintura de pizarrón.No sabía que esperar y la verdad es que no son nada de lo que imaginé, en el buen sentido.El "gis" no es tal, es más cercano a una crayola suave. La textura casi grasa permite que se deslice fácilmente sobre la superficie del pizarrón negro –que es la única superficie donde los he utilizado–. La mejor característica es que es "twist", para sacarle punta se gira el tubo y listo!Dice que es permanente sobre pizarrones. Yo lo borré con un trapo húmedo y deja una ligera nube blanca.Las estrellas son porque llegó en buenas condiciones, empaque cerrado, etc. y en general es un buen producto, nada del otro mundo.

These are unlike other chalk markers that rely on liquid chalk and instead use a waxy almost crayon like chalk. Very easy to write with, look more like real chalk and has been far easier to wipe off that other liquid based markers.

I like how easy these are to write with and they go on very smoothly. However, they are not the easiest to wipe off and seem to smear very easily. It is almost like it is an oil based chalk. Again they work fine for what I use them for which is my weekly goals that I leave up for an extended period but I would not recommend it for something you want to erase frequently unless you don't mind putting in some elbow grease. They go on very heavy as well so not the light chalk look which can be good depending on what you need them for. They also show every little imperfection in the surface they are writing on so the writing can look bumpy if you use it on a fridge with a texture like I have my chalkboard sheet attached to. These are all things to consider when you buy them.

These work well for a message board; it is not a classic "blackboard," and regular chalk did not work well on it at all, but these pens which are like grease pencils work well and can be erased. They have wide tips, so they are not good for detail work, but they are bold and easy to use.
