I have been a longtime satisfied customer but my recent order was unacceptable. I experienced shrink flation with negatively impacts my pets satisfaction.I’m going to cancel my subscription and look for a replacement brand.

My first instinct was to give them 4 stars, as the bully sticks are super thin, but then I see that's what the company describes them as, so I can't blame them for my not reading. The dog loved them, but as they're thin and my dog is a 50 lb pit-bull mix, I can't blame her for going through them super fast.Other than being thin, great product. Would probably work really well as a treat for a smaller dog!

For some reason if it doesn't smell my dog won't chew it. She is a Boston Terrier.With the other dogs one an Irish Wolfhound mix and the other is a Pomeranian mix, they have no troubles with non-scented chews (Nylabone).So I have to contend with the dirty poochie smell.I chose this bully stick because it was recommended. It is not rawhide, or hooves or anything else that can swell up and ruin the digestive track. She was chewing on antlers that ruined her teeth which doesn't have any smell which I can understand but I think it was the morrow that she was attracted to.When she does chew on this bully stick she leaves me alone so I could conduct my homework or watch TV.If you have a needy dog like I do this is perfect distraction.I place a heavy non shag blanket on any of the carpet or furniture so she doesn't stink it up.

I won’t give a bad rating for the product not smelling good. It’s something an animal will eat, so everything won’t always smell good. In fact, they smell like a dead animal and I wash my hands every time I touch them, lol. Either way, my dogs love them. They are both around 18 pounds and are teething puppies. They take anywhere from an hour to two hours to chew through one; more if they decide to play and chase each other between chewing. They love them so much they come running. Will definitely be ordering again, as they are safe to chew on and both of my dogs are chewers, so they will destroy and eat things they shouldn’t.
