The bit seemed to burn up pretty quickly. I was routing through the edge of oak veneer plywood which may be the cause. But still a little surprising. At least I can replace the blade portion and not the whole assembly which is a plus. I'll try another blade option for my next build.

Amana makes high quality router bits and this one is no different . I needed to make very precise cuts in white oak and this bit performed beautifully.

The case itself is kind of rubbery and I didn't like it as much as another case I had.The clip was not just overly tight it was simply too small to be usable.I did use the overlay. It when on easily and, so far, has worked fine.Edit: This review was intended for a different product.I sincerely hope that when I review this product,the term 'rubbery' does not come up.

I was worried about the stability of the 1/4" shaft. Seemed to work well. Very sharp, clean cut.

awesome tool! the 1/16" thick wing cutter is great for our laminate return systems that we have in place, all in all very happy with how well it cuts and holds up when be ran in particle board. when cutting MDF you will need to make 2 passes so you do not burn the bit and carbide up. the bearing is easy to service and remove if needed. very happy with the performance an action of this tool.
