I can fit numerous plants in the basket. I especially like the length of the chain (approx. 15") measured from the bottom of the hook to where it meets the basket. I find it to be the perfect length.

I was disappointed when I opened the box to find the coco liners were two inches from the top. I got the 14 inch baskets. They seems like they’re really good quality and pretty sturdy. Though I almost fill like they’re useless without the right size of liner. The came well packaged though, and are overall really great, in looks and all as well!

Priced right and look magnificent in our back yard. I will be replanting all these plants to make the yard look awesome and stand out. One will go to the front yard to make it look magnificent as well.....

I’m sure the basket is 14”, I didn’t bust out my measuring tape to confirm, but the coco basket inside and the hanging hook run a little small compared to how big the basket is.

I was worried the full pots would be too heavy, but the are not. They look beautiful and I am very pleased.

Let me start by saying I'm not known for writing reviews, let alone negative ones. This pot is beautiful, and I genuinely wanted to love it, but it has some major flaws.First, the cocoa core liner provided with the pot is positioned two inches from the top, significantly reducing the available planting space.Second, the quality of the hooks used for hanging the pot is severely lacking. Despite using a lightweight soil, and the pot liner preventing me from using the anticipated planting space, the hook snapped within seconds of hanging it over my stairs, causing the pot and plant to fall two stories, resulting in damage to both.I would like to suggest that potential buyers of this pot carefully consider the size limitations imposed by the liner and use extreme caution when attempting to hang the pot, as the hooks provided are not reliable.

This is the largest of the Amazon planters that I can tell. I have hanging blueberries and strawberries in mine. I would strongly suggest filling them with coco coir (CocoTek) rather than potting soil, as the coconut fibers are digested by soil, requiring changing of the liner yearly or more. Or, at the very least, cover the bottom with gravel, perlite, or Hydroton clay pebbles.Water will flow straight through the bottom, so you need to have a plan for that. If you've never used coco for either liners or growth medium, you're in for a treat. It's "space age" technology. The metal frame is a bit flimsy, but considering the size of the planter, if it were any more substantial, it might be too heavy for a standard wall bracket. Even as is, USE DRYWALL ANCHORS if putting into drywall. The hook will wrap around a 1 inch diameter pole if hanging from a bar. The hook is slightly bendable for 1 1/4 inches if need be, but I wouldn't push it.I definitely recommend these for indoor or outdoor use. You will have better longevity indoors, but you'll have to be creative with the water runoff. (I have mine above a large planter, so the water just goes from one planter into another.
