If you're a crafter you will love this item. I am able to update lamps, picture frames and many other gently used items. This dries quickly and is a staple in my craftroom!

Whatever needs a little update this is the stuff. These tubes, while tiny, last for ages. Super easy to apply, no brush or applicator needed. I use this on picture frames, flower pots, high lighting textures, etc.

I love this array of colors. I can entirely change a light fixture, vase, etc if I just run a little on and blend in. I just used on a statuette that was pink in color. I used a bronze color and rubbed it in. Dries quickly and voila!

This gave my DIY ornament project the perfect touch. It made them look vintage and super expensive! I love love this stuff.

I have used Rub 'N Buff for years. I bought these tubes to use on a picture frame that had gotten damaged. It is mostly about the color of gold leaf. I bought several shades of gold to make sure that I could match the color. I love the fact that there are so many choices of colors. I already had a tube of a bluish color to put a patina on top of the gold. These tubes are not all that big, but you need just a very small amount on your finger to rub onto the surface, so they actually last quite a long time. One tip is to use very little at first until you see how much you need. It's so easy to add more if there isn't enough. Better that than having too much.

I learned about Rub n Buff from my favorite design blogger Jenna Sue Design, who is always making high-end dupes with this stuff. I wanted an Anthropologie style mirror for my fireplace so I got the Kate and Laurel Arendahl Traditional Arch Mirror in silver since gold was always out of stock, spray added some half pearls, spray painted it black, and rub n buffed into the perfect antique gold finish. I used a makebrush to get a more brushed finish.I definitely plan to do many more projects with this stuff! Check out Jenna Sue for lots of inspo!

Got this to refinish some door and window hardware. I love that you can build up the layers to make it more or less gold, depending on the look you're going for. Really helps to highlight texture and design, too. Just use a light hand... a little goes a long way!

I wanted to add some gold to a picture frame. I just couldn’t apply this evenly! Ended up buying a small plastic bottle of gold paint at Michael’s.
