Son muy buenas para mantener la humedad dentro, solo se sienten frías al tacto cuando ya tienen la ropa mojada. Yo las uso para guardar mi toalla y traje de baño después de entrenar. Les cabe bien una toalla de microfibra y tal vez una toalla normal, pero no muy grande.
