Great shovel for the heavy show! Better than I expected, it grubs the snow like a razor down to the asphalt!

Pleasingly surprised. A good sturdy shovel, that is well balanced. Hopefully it last many years.

Love, love, love this snow shovel. It is lightweight and durable. The snow does not stick to it. I also think that the size of this shovel is perfect. No assembky required.

We've been hit by two snow storms this year, in an area that gets snow once or twice in a decade. My driveway doesn't get a great deal of sunlight so melting naturally isn't an option. After the first snowstorm, I ordered this shovel & it worked beautifully. The handle is firm and strong. The design is compact enough so it doesn't take up a lot of space in my garage yet it's a very good size. The scoop of the shovel picks up a lot of snow. It comes reassembled and ready to use as soon as you open the box. It's not heavy at all. This is a good quality product. I'm not getting paid to say this and rarely leave reviews. I'm just very happy to get quality as my purchases from Amazon lately have been hit or miss with many products not being worth the money.

Seems well made with quality components-although the aluminum shoveling portion without any particular edging element (for patches of ice etc) has yet to be tested. Just be aware of the unique dimensions of this tool before ordering-they are not your standard, average dimensions of most other snow shovels available in the home improvement store of your choice. Those shovels are mostly wider than they are deep to give you the widest possible swath when shoveling and minimizing the number of 'passes' you may require. This shovel OTOH is narrow and deep. Could be as much as six inches narrower than the conventional shovel, but its added depth should allow it to move just as much snow. What's worse though is the dramatic lack of height of this shovel-eight or nine inches shorter than what you may be used to-and depending on your height requiring an uncomfortable amount of stooping-or bending over. Hence, a lukewarm recommendation.
