Perfect for handmade masks! I was looking for something like this during lockdown when I was making and selling masks. Metal is flexible and sturdy. Works great!

These nose wires make fabric face masks fit. Metal fatigue can eventually cause them to break. I can just open a seam and pop in a new one.

I love that they stick ON to the mask , and that they are flexible and DO fit my bridge of nose. - I DON'T love that although the write up says they stay on in the laundry, they DO NOT. I worry it may get stuck in my expensive machine, and damage it. So they are good for a use or two, then no more...kind of pricey for throw away use. If they did adhere throughout the laundry cycle I would love them - I may use them inside of a pocket sewn into the fabric mask if there is not an opening for it to slide out of.

I make lots of masks. I have given away many, so I want them to be good quality. What I have realized is that these Aluminum Metal Nose Wires Bendable Twist Ties Bridge with Adhesive Back, are easy to work with and the adhesive works well. The only negative is that if one tends to fold their mask and stuff it in a pocket, after just a couple times, the nose piece BREAKS!! I am disappointed that they break so easily!

you can slap these on a readymade mask and help seal those gaps between nose and cheek. It will lessen glasses from fogging. They are a great size and bendability for sewing into or using in sleeve of a sewn mask. Adhesive will not survive a wash so consider that use to be temporary. i bought them to sew into masks so i wish they had a no glue option. I just leave the paper backing on to slide into the mask nose sleeve space.

These are very long, so I’ve been cutting them in half then using a fingernail file to smooth the ends to use in the masks I’m making. The sticky stuff on the back is fairly useless a) it’s very hard to get the paper off to reveal the adhesive part, and b) it’s not very sticky. I sew a little pocket into the nose area to place the bridge in, and that works much better. These do work better than pipe cleaners, which is what I had been using for nose pieces on masks.

I just made my first face mask using one and they do adhere, but it's not too strong. I stitched all around it to keep it in place. My husband loves it, since it makes it easier to breathe.

Aww, I found a great product and an awesome deal. These nose wires are perfect; they're nice and strong and you get a LOT of them. They really do maintain their shape. I tested one for strength by bending and bending it back and forth over and over. No break, but I did have to pound the bend out. I know. Nutty. I test everything and these pass! I cut strips of the high density craft foam, peel the wire, trim the foam and usually sew between the mask layers. I can also hot glue them onto the top of the mask. They will hold better due to the foam. If you fold your masks in half, try folding it around your finger on the middle of the wire to avoid ending up with a sharp bend. Ok, that's it.
