My wife and I absolutely loved this fountain , both visually and the sound was relaxing . But , water splashing and spilling out the sides was a huge problem , leaving the surface it sat on in a puddle of water. I contacted Amor , our customer service agent at Alpine , and he was extremely helpful in getting a replacement of a different style fountain . GREAT service !

I should never buy a product that hasn't been reviewed yet. This is the case with the above fountain. I followed all the instructions. Filled it with water. And waited. And am still waiting a half hour later for the water to flow. Nada.

We were hoping to replace a floor fountain with this tabletop fountain on our screened porch. Unfortunately it did not seem to flow very strongly nor did it make the waterfall sounds we were hoping for. Therefore we returned the fountain - thank you to Amazon for their return policy.
