....it moves around - and your trainer/bike goes with it. I recommend using carpet adhesive strips to keep it in place. So far, the strips are working.

The surface is fairly sturdy and overall the is quite tender, so flattens quite quickly after every curling.Makes me want to just lie down and take naps on it. Lol.

Good quality and does its job of providing cushion and catching drops of sweat. Easy to clean.It took a few days to finally flatten out. The outgassing is very strong. I'd suggest keeping it (unrolled) in a well-ventilated area for several days.
