This is my first sling bag. I've only been using it for a couple weeks now but like it a lot!The blue interior makes it easy to see inside and I think the size is perfect. I was considering this or the Chrome Kadet but 9 liters seemed too big.I like that there are three pouches to place things in and that the inside has some organization, but overall is pretty simple.The water resistant zippers and handle on the back side are great additional features!The things I don't like as much are:1) I wish the zipper pulls didn't jangle so much! It feels like I'm a dog with a chain leash. I'm definitely planning to cut them off and replace them with Paracord, heat shrink pulls instead so they are silent2) the USB port for a power bank is nice in concept, but I don't think it was necessary3) I wish there was a way to lash your jacket to the outside of the sling bag. I ended up using some oval carabineers and model infinity tools to rig up a mod that worked, but I wish it was built in4) I wish the stabilizer strap was sold on Amazon or came with these bags. It is pretty expensive but I think a nice addition to keep things stable.

I've been looking for a sling bag to bring with on my travels. This bag is big enough to fit all my essentail (passport, wallet, camera, cellphone, etc) have slots for everything! Cool feature are the charger port and the magnetic key holder. I also purchased the card holder so i dont have to dig in looking for the hotel key.

Needed something to carry my 11” iPad and my normal EDC items. Ample storage and I like the RFID pockets for stuff like my wallet. Feels very durable. Only would like some rubberized form of zipper pulls as they do “clank” while I walk. Will definitely look to Alpaka on my next pack purchase.

Pros:+ Great materials and solid construction.+The sling is voluminous, and the feature are predominantly well-designed and functional. The pockets in the min compartment fill the space (they are a little small in the back compartment).+ Overall comfortable on the body and looks great.Cons: My two primary complaints are with the key placement and strap:- The keys are placed dead center in the back compartment, while the pocket for a tablet is placed directly in front of that in the main compartment with some fabric in between. This means there will always be a hard lump pressing against a tablet.- The strap is easy to adjust, but the extra length is gathered by an sliding elastic band which does not stay put, leading to a loose loop that requires frequent adjustment. I would prefer to see the strap simply be doubled and constrict at the other anchor point (e.g., like the AER Day Sling).- The strap attaches to the bag at an odd angle, which means that if you have the sling rather loose, it will hang outward from your body.Some other minor considerations:- Storage function: The base area of the bag is smaller than the top area, meaning that items in the bag essentially pile up at the top. It leaves the bag feeling deflated at the bottom and overstuffed at the top.- Charging port: I am not sold on the utility of the charging port. While it appears to offer convenience, when not in use (which is most of the time), the bag is left with an open and exposed USB-C connector. Appearances aside, I have concerns about this exposure in rainy conditions.- Connection points: I usually like to attach carabiners to my slings on the outside to hold miscellaneous items that I either don't want in the bag (dirty or needs to be ready at hand) or are too large (e.g., a water bottle). I claim that the D ring at the base of the bag only serves to connect a stabilizer strap but otherwise cannot hold other items in any ideal way (imagine a water bottle dangling from the bottom of the bag). There are no other connection features on the exterior besides the thick strap loops at the anchor points intended for the Alpaka HUB accessories. These can work for large carabiners, but such a connection is constrained by the wide strap.- Back padding: I think this material choice is good to provide structure to the bag, but the exposed material will definitely pill over time.- As stated in another review, the zippers have YKK on them, not Alpaka branding.

I looked for a bag for a camera and lens. Happy with the bag. Additional straps to fix gear like a tripod or hiking poles would be great.

You’ll never regret buying this. It looks great and sturdy, works excellent as described. Got two slings now from alpaka. Still enjoying using the old sling bag.

Love this Sling So Well made,so practical,Love All the organization Within and the Colour i always go ver black bags i decided to try a different Colour and glad I did absolutely Love it i have a lot of Slings this one is by Far the Best
