This was overnighted to me by Amazon. No crushed tubing, it’s 1.75” x .095 wall and I suggest checking the specs out on their website. It does not ship in a box, everything came together seran-wrapped. All the tubes are notched/coped very well and they put a few tack welds to hold the main hoop together. I would totally recommend this to a friend for the price. This is an almost direct fit in my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I just have to raise it up a bit to sit flush with the roof.
