Box was 5 times bigger than it needed to be. Tool was not factory sealed and obviously used. Why am I paying full price for a used tool? Someone else had the exact same review.

This tool worked great my bearings lined up with the a Cam shaft, I used a different type camshaft installer and it did not work all my bearings would not lineup so buy the tool that you need for whatever vehicle you're working on it works don't use a multi tool it will not work in your end up replacing the bearings

Saw a bunch of these at varying prices, but took a chance on this one based off a couple reviews. I received it, there were no instructions or anything, put it together and had my first bearing knocked out in about 5 minutes. Went thru all 5 with no problem, would highly recommend for removing cam bearings from a GEN1 SBC.Haven't installed the new bearings yet, but will update once i do that.

I liked the the price and quality and it worked well to install the cam bearing in my 350 small block, better the the tools coated with plastic, they tend to damage the bearing because they bounce when driving them in.

This tool is fantastic. I used it on a 1995 Chevrolet 3.4 liter which has trapped bearings (no access between cylinders only insp holes and lifter holes in oil valley) so after u drive bearing 1 in u have to flip the head of the tool around then insert driver from rear of motor and drive bearing 1 back thru the journal repeat this process for # 2 keep in mind u have to flip tool head around while its still between journals this tool makes that super easy. Of course bearings 3 and 4 u can just drive them straight through. I had all 4 bearings out in about 15 minutes

This is not universal.... I should of listened to other reviews and went with other brand . I recieved this as I was in quick need of a cam bearing tool and it was just wayyy to small for the baby 4cyl jeep engine bearings... I ended up using this as a hammer extension to smash out the old bearings and then just used the alignment side of the tool and electrical tape to center the bearing but that failed misribly ..... Pretty much in the end take it some where and have some one do it don't try and save the 5 bucks ...

I used this tool on a Chevy 4.3 liter V6 with a T in front of the Serial Number. On the Bearings in the middle only one side is straight were you would insert the Bearings that is the side they have to go in otherwise they are not going to to in sraight.I rushed to use the Tool and did not inspect it. the end of the Tool that goes into the bearing had a kind of sharp edge. If you did not get the Tool straight the sharp edge will scuff the bearing leaving a mark. The mark does not damage the bering but I don't like that and will have to polish off the mark.I took a small File and rounde the edge off but I won't know if that helps till I need to use the Tool on another job.If you don't oil the inside of the Bearing and or the Tool the O-ring is going to grab and make it hard to get the Tool out of the Bearing. In any event the Tool is well worth the Money. I did not mention I had made a homemade Tool but damaged the first set of Bearings with it.With 2 of the Bearings it was better to drive them in from the out side of the Block. If you do that the long Handle is a hinderence. I had a 3/4" Bolt by about 6 inches long that I substituted for the long Hand and used that to drive the Bearings in.
