Worked great at first, but aluminum seams cracked along bottom within 8 months of install. Truck is overheating now and it looks like I need to replace it

It's a good radiator, had a few issues one fan shroud doesn't lock in on the bottom had to clearance it to fit. Second has a screw in nipple for the over flow that broke off barely turning it in, had to retap the threads and put a brass one in it's place. Takes patience to put in and get around the ac lines. Over all not a bad product

Update: only have had this for six months and the radiator has cracked. Had to buy all be hardware due to factory hardware being coarse threads vs fine threads. A couple of holes did not line up with transmission cooler brackets. I had to also break off tabs for the fan shroud due to not being deep enough for the fan to sit lower to align with bolt holes.

Have to say I surprised. Read a lot of reviews on forums and other sites. Has worked flawlessly.

Like that the radiator is all welded aluminum, with good corner braces to resist warping. A large fill opening with good flow into the radiator, a very solid and large pressure cap, a nice drain valve.Replacing the crappy OEM el-cheapo radiator with those silly plastic / bakelite end caps which will leak

I have not yet installed this, but I have visually inspected and pressure tested it upon delivery. Visually this is a very clean design that appears to be a drop in replacement--or at least as drop in as a radiator can be. Welds appear even and clean. Pressure tested just fine. Given the name brand alternative is 3 x as much (and still doesn't have that great a reputation) and OEM replacement is not only expensive, but continued the use of plastic end pieces, this AlloyWorks appears to be a great value. I'll update when I install it, but that may not be before spring. Having replaced a heater core last year, and seeing how corroded the heater core was, I'm eager to make the swap to this new radiator. My Jeep is set up for Overlanding, and thus carries a to of weight--I'm eager to have the cooling improvements this new radiator should bring.

my husband likes to go 4wheeling with the jeep and recently put a large stick through the radiator. So we were looking for an affordable replacement. This has been perfect no complaints here. a 5 star rating

I bought this for my boyfriend’s Jeep and he loved it. He even installed it himself and said it was not hard at all. Been a couple months now and no complaints!
