Good size for me. Had a 8, went to a 10. Now back to an 8. Both work well. Easy conversion. Weight is better on 8 also. The font size is the same to me on both Fires. (I'm old) This is my 6th Fire.

Got this case for my Fire HD 8 Plus, and it's surprisingly good! The fit is solid, the material feels decent, and it keeps my tablet protected without turning it into a brick. But the auto sleep/wake function doesn’t work for me. Kind of a letdown since that’s a big selling point.That said, it still looks nice, and for the price, it does what it needs to, just without the extra convenience I was hoping for.

This case is much nicer in person. It's well made, and the color is nice. It also has a slight texture to it which makes it looks more expensive than it was!

Bought this for my 87 year old mom and added the kindle app because she is a very avid reader and wanted a tablet that she could use for other things other than just reading. She absolutely loves this! She has been reading so much more than usual because she has the ability to download more books at her finger tips. There has been a learning curve because she has an iPhone but she has done great. Great quality for price!

This seems like one of those things you get what you paid for. It does fit my new Kindle Fire 10HD tablet, but it doesn't stand well. It has magnets on the cover, but they must not be very strong because when the cover is bent in 3 sections, it doesn't stay together, or stand up in vertical and the angle going horizontal is not a comfortable angle to do anything. I have to use a separate stand to get it at a decent angle. I wonder how long it will last before ripping along the side seam. It does the job for now, but isn't top quality
