On my second roll and everything is fine. My plotter is an inkjet unit, and produces no ink bleed-thru. Would buy again.

Paper is good. But the package said 18" on the outside but I received 4 15" rolls which are fairly useless . Anyone else have this issue?

Everything arrived on time. The packaging was put together properly and correctly to reduce any possible damage that may happen during transit and delivery.The paper is a crisp white 20lb roll with clean consistent edges at both ends of the 2 inch core.
