One of the nebulizers is damaged & needs to be replaced. The FIT mask report paperwork was not included with my order like it should have been part of the purchase. Trying to get this resolved now with Allegro, no response yet.

The product name is "Allegro Industries 2040‐04 Replacement Hood for Bitrex (Allegro PN 2041 Series) and Saccharin (Allegro PN 2040 Series), Standard". The use of thr conjunction 'and' suggests this is a hood AND saccharin. It is just the hood.
