Out of the box it is extremely tight getting it on. The fabric is way better than the one that came with the swing. Feels like nylon. I'm giving it a week and let it stretch. Then I'll re-fit it.

Was very excited to see this replacement as ours had thinned out and torn over the years. The new one is extremely taut but with a lot of force we finally got that last corner on. Two opposing corners have the original pocket design and the other two have a flat piece of triangular fabric where the corner of the top sits. I’m afraid over time since it is so taut that the stitches might rip so we will see. Seems it should be a tad wider. The older canopy had about 3 inch straps coming down over the sides with Velcro. This one has wide flaps instead of straps. When you fold it around the bar and up to connect the Velcro it only hits the bottom of the Velcro and doesn’t fully connect. Seems sturdy for now. I think for the price of the original swing that $65 seems high for just a canopy, but making one from scratch with good fabric would be pricey as well. Would be nice to see some other color or pattern options if they continue to make this. We do take it off each winter but it doesn’t last forever so if the swing lasts this won’t be our last canopy.

If you have a 78" swing and cant find a new top, this may fit. This would be super tight on a 77" frame and can be stretched to work on a 78" one by letting it sit partially installed in the sun. Its a 2 person job. I am sure it fits the swing its designed for which is probably closer to 76-3/4" or 195cm. It looks good and hopefully lasts longer than the original. Installed on a PURPLE LEAF 3-Seat Deluxe swing for which it seems there are no replacement canopies (even the one Garden Winds said would fit did not).

Not crazy about this for my swing cover the weird 2 corners are nat a fit and the velcro sides are not long enough. Looks shabby. Might work better on something not the exact size. Something smallerIt's in my deck box until I can resell it in the spring or sew my own ties to each corner and add more fabric to the velcro sides.

The original one was ripped to shreds by snow falling off the roof. I tried calling Lowe's where I purchased the swing it went on, they didn't have it, referred me to the manufacturer. They didn't have it, referred me to the supplier that they got it from, they didn't have it. I had already started making a pattern so I could make one, which I really didn't want to do. Then I got this crazy idea to check Amazon. BAM! There it was and this top was so easy to put on and it fit better than the original! No problems with it at all. Holds up under the sun and repels the water good. I am a 75 yr seasoned woman and like I said it was easy to put on.
