This served our needs. Provides privacy but yet allows us to still see through. The only down side is that it arrived very wrinkled and when the sun shines on it the wrinkles really show.

I had intended it to screen and unsightly view of the neighbors fence but I could still see through the screen so it did not do the job

This balcony cover was just what I needed for my upstairs patio. It is durable, provides privacy and matched perfectly with my patio blending in as if it was already there. I highly recommend.
