I believe these are 12v boards. I tried with 5v and it wasn't providing enough power to fully engage the optocoupler. I had to replace the onboard resistor to make it work. Also I didn't realize they share a ground between inputs.

A handy module for voltage isolation or signal conversion. Great wide voltage range which was great for me because I needed an 8v to 12 v swing to operate 24v signal. It works great.

im sure theses work but for what i wanted it did no do the trick.
