I finally got to use this! It works great. So glad that it comes with several spikes as I had to go down to a smaller spike for due to it not fitting in the oven with the tallest one. There was still plenty of room for the chicken. Very easy clean up after cooking.

I was quite pleased. I threaded all my boneless chicken leg/thigh met I had marinated and began the cooking process. I basted the meat by using a basting bulb and would do it quickly without removing it from the oven. Upon its completion of cooking I removed the dish from the oven and noticed the metal rod down the middle of the pan seemed to me loose. I continued to serve the meat and sliced it along the sides holding the metal rod as it was not secured any longer. The actual area that you screw the different length rods had actually broken off from the pan. No fixing that unfortunately. Upset because I really liked it and the dish looked so impressive.

This pan is a real kitchen gem! It’s perfect for whipping up all sorts of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, South American, and beyond dishes. You can season your meat to your heart’s content and stack it on the spikes. And guess what? There are different lengths of spikes, so you can cook for one or a whole group.
