I built a garage out back of my house and installed 2" board insulation in the walls and ceiling securing it with Duct Tape because glue would not stick to it. When it got cold, I mean really cold the insulation in the ceiling started to fall out, so I bought this strapping to run tightly across the garage ceiling in 3 rows to hold it in. Inexpensive solution and worked like a charm.
