These do not fit well in 30138 bins, which they are designed for. Very tight to get in, and near impossible to remove after. The smaller bin and dividers work together much better.

I have a collection of washers in my workshop, and try to keep the large ones on one side of the divider, small ones on the other. When nobody's looking, the small ones sneak over to the other side!

Handy for organizing, albeit expensive for small black pieces of plastic. Akron mills bins are expensive but well worth it for the quality, the dividers just dint seem like nearly as good a value as the bins themselves, there really isn't much to them at all. They do allow you to divide the bin, however.
